Who We Are
AFA SERVICES Inc. is a project management, construction, renovation and maintenance company working with property owners in Alberta, Canada. We support residential and commercial clients who want work organised properly rather than improvised.
Our role varies with each project. Sometimes we coordinate a project involving several trades; sometimes we carry out the work ourselves within an agreed scope; sometimes we look after the ongoing upkeep of a property. What stays consistent is the way we work.
Our Service Philosophy
We would rather agree on a realistic scope than overstate what can be delivered. Every project is discussed in plain language, including what is included, what is not, and what will need to be confirmed once the property has been looked at properly.
Construction, renovation and maintenance work all involve decisions. Our approach is to bring those decisions forward — early enough that they are still straightforward to make.
Our Commitment to Communication
Scope, priorities and progress are confirmed in writing so both sides are working from the same document. Clients are told what is happening, what comes next, and when something needs a decision from them.
If an item falls outside the agreed scope, we raise it rather than absorb it silently — that is how projects stay on budget and on schedule.
