A Clear Path From First Enquiry to Completion
The exact process depends on the project type and the agreed scope. These are the stages we typically work through with clients.
- 01
Initial Enquiry
You send us an enquiry through the quote request form or by email. We confirm receipt and, where needed, ask a few clarifying questions about the property and what you would like to achieve.
- 02
Requirements and Project Discussion
A conversation about the property, the objectives, the priorities and any constraints. This is where we agree on what is realistic to take on and what information is still missing.
- 03
Site Visit or Assessment
Where appropriate for the project, we arrange to view the property so that scope discussions are based on what is actually there rather than assumptions.
- 04
Scope Definition and Quotation
We set out the proposed scope of work in writing so both sides are working from the same document. Pricing and any exclusions are stated clearly before work begins.
- 05
Scheduling and Preparation
Once the scope and quotation are agreed, we organise the sequence of work, materials and any access requirements for the property.
- 06
Execution and Coordination
Work is carried out according to the agreed scope. Where several trades or suppliers are involved, coordination is managed so the sequence holds together.
- 07
Progress Communication
You are kept informed about progress, upcoming stages and anything that may affect the agreed scope, schedule or budget.
- 08
Completion Review
We walk through the agreed deliverables with you, note any outstanding items and address them within the contracted scope.
Not every project follows all eight stages. A single maintenance repair might only need a conversation and a short written scope, while a larger renovation or commercial project will move through most of them. We will tell you which stages apply to your situation early on.
Before You Contact Us
What to have ready
You do not need all of this to get in touch. Having it available simply means the first conversation can move further.
- The property type and its location in Alberta
- A short description of what you would like done, and why
- Photos of the space or area, if you have them
- Any drawings, plans or specifications that already exist
- Your priorities — what matters most, and what is flexible
- An approximate timeline or target start date
- A budget range, or a note that you would prefer to discuss it
- How you would like us to contact you, and the best time to reach you

Send us the property details and what you would like to achieve. We will take it from there.
